What to report
Staff will reply when we've confirmed the problem, and again once it's fixed. If several people hit the same bug, just add a reply with your details. It helps us see how widespread it is.

What to report
- Broken links or images
- Pages that won't load or show an error
- Buttons, editor, or upload problems
- Alerts or emails not arriving
- Layout problems on mobile or in a particular browser
- Spelling or factual errors in staff guides
- The page URL where it happened
- What you did (for example, "clicked Post reply with an image attached")
- What you expected vs. what happened
- Any error message, word for word
- Your device and browser (for example, iPhone / Safari or Windows / Chrome)
- A screenshot if you can. Please blur anything personal.
- Account or login problems involving private info: contact staff privately instead.
- Rule-breaking posts: use the Report button on the post itself.
- Feature ideas: use the "Suggest a new forum or feature" thread.
