Buffalo Gold Max Power is Aristocrat Interactive's online take on the land-based Buffalo Gold, built on Aristocrat's own Max Power reel mechanic.
Quick facts - Provider: Aristocrat Interactive (Aristocrat's real-money online studio) - Launch: announced December 2024 - Ways: up to 46,656. Each reel shows two to six symbols per spin. - US availability at launch: New Jersey (also Ontario and the UK, with more markets planned) - It was the fifth online Buffalo game, after Buffalo, Buffalo Gold Collection, Buffalo Chief and Buffalo Gold Revolution
What stands out The Max Power reels change height on every spin, so the number of ways changes too. A spin with tall reels can give you far more buffalo combinations than the classic 1,024-ways layout. Like Buffalo Gold, the free spins revolve around collecting gold buffalos. Aristocrat calls the feature "redefined" for online play but didn't publish the details, so check the game's help screen for the collection rules.
Worth knowing / watch out for - RTP and volatility weren't in the launch materials. Open the game's info screen in your casino app before you play. - New Jersey was the only US state named at launch. It may have reached more states since, so check your app's lobby. - Variable-reel games swing more than classic Buffalo. Set your session budget to match.
Poll: How would you rate Buffalo Gold Max Power? - 5 – Excellent - 4 – Good - 3 – Average - 2 – Poor - 1 – Avoid
Has anyone in PA, MI or WV seen Max Power in their lobby yet? How does it compare with classic Buffalo Gold?
