Yes. US sports betting laws are based on where you are physically located when you place the bet, not where you live.

How it works:
  1. Download the gambling app and sign up with your real details. You don't need to be a resident.
  2. You must be 21 or older in most states. A few states allow 18+.
  3. When you place a bet, the app checks your location with geolocation. If you're inside a legal state's borders, you're good.
  4. Cross back into a non-legal state and you can't place new bets. In many apps you can still log in, check open bets and withdraw.
Tips:
  • Turn location services on, and turn off any VPN. It'll block you.
  • Near a state line? Move a few miles further in. Geolocation can be fussy at borders.
